Bootstrap Indigo

Bootstrap Indigo is a vibrant purple-blue used as an accent in the framework's extended palette. It is more saturated than the framework's primary blue and is typically reserved for marketing pages or specialty components rather than core UI chrome. The hex landed in Bootstrap 5 along with a refreshed accent set aimed at making default theming look less generic. Against white surfaces it carries enough contrast for buttons. For body text it is too thin, so headings or links suit it better than long-form paragraphs, where eye strain becomes a problem within a page or two.
