Bootstrap Secondary

Bootstrap Secondary is the framework's neutral mid-gray, used for de-emphasized buttons, muted text, and disabled-but-present UI states. It carries a faint cool tint that distinguishes it from warm grays in the same lightness band. The role is structural rather than expressive: it tells users this thing exists but is not the primary action. If you are reskinning a Bootstrap project, this is one of the colors you almost never need to change, because its semantic load is conventional rather than brand-specific. Body text against white passes AA at standard sizes but not AAA.
