Bootstrap Warning

Bootstrap Warning is the framework's yellow, used for caution alerts, partial-state badges, and attention-required chips. It is bright enough that dark text on top is mandatory for accessibility; light text disappears entirely against it. The hex matches what most users have learned to read as caution but not danger across web interfaces. Non-blocking warnings, validation hints, and visual flags that something needs review are its natural job. For destructive or irreversible operations, the red Danger color belongs instead; mixing the two semantically confuses users who have learned to react differently to each.
