Midnight Blue

Midnight Blue is the deep, slightly purple-leaning navy of a clear night sky away from city lights. The CSS hex is one of the darker named colors in the spec and sits between Navy and Dark Slate Blue. Heritage brands in finance, aviation, and luxury use it as a primary identity colour. Pair with cream for warmth, or with warm brass for a luxury accent. Against white it passes AAA body text contrast comfortably and works well for long-form reading.
